Returns Policy
1. Overview
Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide one of the following remedies:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The remedy will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 days
- We will arrange replacement and return of the incorrect product
4. Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion under the following conditions:
- Return requested within 7 days of purchase
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns will be offered as a store credit or exchange only.
5. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our team with your order details
- Await approval and instructions
- Return the item to our store or arrange return via our staff
All returned items may be inspected before a return is approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns on:
- Used or installed items
- Custom or special-order products
- Items not in original condition or packaging and cannot be resold
7. Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required under ACL
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law
