Returns Policy

1. Overview

Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide one of the following remedies:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

The remedy will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days
  • We will arrange replacement and return of the incorrect product

4. Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • Return requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns will be offered as a store credit or exchange only.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our team with your order details
  2. Await approval and instructions
  3. Return the item to our store or arrange return via our staff

All returned items may be inspected before a return is approved.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or installed items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items not in original condition or packaging and cannot be resold

7. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required under ACL
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law
