1. Delivery & Collection Options
We offer the following options for receiving your order:

Customers may collect orders directly from our store. You will be notified when your order is ready.

- Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification
1.2 Delivery (Arranged with Our Staff)
Delivery can be arranged through our team at the time of purchase.
- Delivery details (address, timing, and fees) will be confirmed with you
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to operational factors
- Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location and order size
2. Delivery Conditions
- The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the delivery location
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods if required
- If no one is available, redelivery fees may apply
- Once goods are delivered as agreed, responsibility passes to the customer
3. Delivery Issues
- Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Customers should inspect goods upon receipt to ensure accuracy and condition
